ANNUAL REPORTS
Occupational Illness in Michigan
The Occupational Disease Reports are in PDF format, which requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in for your web browser. The free plug-in can be downloaded here.
There are 2 ways to obtain printed copies of annual reports:
1.) View and print the PDF version through Adobe Acrobat Reader (the quickest way to get a copy):
Click on the PDF version of the report you want to print.
After Acrobat launches and loads the report, click on "Print" in the Acrobat file menu.
If you can't view the documents, you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2.) Order a bound copy from us:
Click on "Order Reports" in the navigation menu.
Fill out the order form completely.
Click on "Send Form" and your order will be e-mailed to us.
If your browser doesn't support forms, contact us with your request.
