wind and health

Wind turbines are an important source of sustainable energy. The proper siting of these turbines to minimize potential adverse health effects is important. There are no state regulations in Michigan regarding the siting of wind turbines. Counties and municipalities need to develop zoning ordinances for siting wind turbines if the general populace is to be protected.
