Fish are an important source of protein in our diets but some fish have contaminants that could potentially be harmful to our health. The Eating Fish Safely group is a source of information on and a place for discussion concerning healthy choices in selecting and preparing fish for consumption.The group is part of a project funded through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative EPA grant GL-00E00461.
